Microsoft recently released Windows 10 build 14371 for PC to the Fast RIng, and this build includes something you might really want to look at.
As we all know activation has become a thing since Windows XP and has caused a lot of problems and headaches in the past. Some of us like to upgrade the hardware in our PC, but what about the activation? Since Windows won’t be able to detect the same hardware, the activation will become invalid and you will need to activate it again.
The solution? The Activation Troubleshooter. That’s what is included in this build. The Activation Troubleshooter can help you address the most commonly encountered activation issues. For example if you have a Windows 10 Pro license but have Windows 10 Home installed on your PC, the Activation Troubleshooter can walk you through upgrading to Windows 10 Pro and activating it.
Another awesome feature included is the ability to link your Windows 10 license to your Microsoft account. If you already used a Microsoft account to log into your Windows 10 PC, your account will be automatically linked. If you run into activation issues caused by hardware changes, simply run the Activation Troubleshooter and your copy of Windows 10 will be re-activated.
