After Microsoft announcing their Xbox One S and Project Scorpio consoles at this year’s E3 conference, looks like Sony wants to up their game by unveiling a slim version of the PlayStation 4 as well as provide more information regarding the PS4 Neo at this year’s Tokyo Game Show.
This was revealed on Twitter by WSJ reporter Takashi Mochizuki.
The news seems a bit surprising, since the current design of the PS4 is already slim enough. But since we are now three years into the PS4 lifecycle, it looks like Sony figured out how to make the PS4 smaller, as well as to continue the tradition of releasing a slim version of a PlayStation console a few years into its lifecycle.
What do you expect at this year’s Tokyo Game Show conference?
